Shipping policy
At Oceano Wines, we strive to get your non-alcoholic wines to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped via ground service. Shipping rates are as follows:

Expedited Shipping
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at support@oceanowines.com before placing your order so we can evaluate availability and provide you with a quote.
Processing & Transit Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped by our warehouse within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit times vary depending on the carrier and the distance from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Order Changes
Changes to an order can only be made before the order has been fulfilled on our end. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, any changes — such as address updates — must be submitted directly through the carrier's website and will be at the customer's expense.
To request a change before fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oceanowines.com.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if a claim is submitted for a lost or damaged package. For damaged or lost orders, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on how to report an issue.
