Refund policy
At Oceano Wines, we take pride in delivering high-quality non-alcoholic wines straight to your door. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oceanowines.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For orders successfully cancelled before fulfillment, a refund will be issued in full minus a 2.9% payment processing fee. This fee is retained by Shopify per transaction, is non-recoverable on our end, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Refused Deliveries
If you choose to refuse your order at the time of delivery, please be aware of the following:
- Once we receive the package back, a refund will be issued minus:
- The 2.9% payment processing fee (retained by Shopify)
- The original shipping costs
- The return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed once the returned package has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that sometimes things don't arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@oceanowines.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of what happened
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging Once we receive your report, we will review your claim and work with you to make it right. Resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
